| Did you know that Keahole Point at the Kona airport gets more sunshine than any other coastal location in the United States? Or that the ocean temperature here is a balmy 78 to 82 degrees year-round? What attracts you to Kona? Golf? Fishing? Small town friendliness? All these factors make me love Kona. Before I moved to Kailua-Kona in 1995, I had moved every one to four years since high school. I lived in Duluth MN, Corpus Christi TX, Corvallis OR, Jackson Hole WY, Missoula MT, Bethesda MD, Ventura CA and Portland OR. All those moves mean I know well what it means to be new to an area and can help you find your place here in Paradise. |

| A varied education and professional work history enables me to assist with many needs and find useful solutions. I carry with me the Minnesota work ethic and small town honesty whereever I go. My most exotic jobs were as a scientist in Antarctica and in the Mexican Navy. I am a licensed attorney in the state of Hawaii, as well as a licensed realtor. Now, I want to help you become a homeowner or investor in Kona real estate. Following is my educational history. I graduated from Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon in 1995, earned a Master's degree in Oceanography from Oregon State University in 1989, and a Bachelor's degree in Geology from the University of Minnesota, Duluth in 1983. |

| My husband and I have had two custom homes designed and built here in Kona. Back in Minnesota I helped my parents with three building projects. Years as a renter means I experienced a lot of different condos and homes. So, I love to notice the details that make a house or condo the best fit for your needs. We'll start by creating your home buying profile and surveying neighborhoods. Then we'll narrow it down to the right one! I also remember my first mortgage was a little scary so I'll help with every step of home-buying if you want me to. If you are a savvy investor, I have the knowledge to guide you, too.
